Casco Viejo to David to Puerto Armuelles

Evening in Casco Viejo (old Panama City) was refreshing and Uber was so easy to get around.

The Cathedral and main square was filled with promenaders.

Tourist shops didn't keep families and dogs from playing on the streets.

Early 5 am cab to the airport and 1 hour flight to David which was completely full. they kept upping the price to give away your seat but I didn't bite.

David was busy, hot, dirty but all were friendly and I tried to get a leatherman for my hike but only got a little pocket knife at 'Wanderlust' shop that included a cafe stand and barber chair.

this outdoor cafe was so sketchy, there was a cage around the monitor.

An hour and a half Uber ride to Puerto Armuelles and the Sunrise Inn, walk on the beach and a swim. Little cottages with various repair fishing boats in their front yard on the beach.

And I found a extended family beach cafe, slow but delicious.
